Finding My Voice: A Fresh Approach to My Newsletter
Why I’m Slowing Down to Bring You More Personal and Authentic Content

Hello! I hope everyone in the United States had a great Labor Day. You may have noticed I took the day off and didn’t send out a newsletter on Monday.
I’ve been reflecting on my newsletter lately, and I’ve realized I’m not totally happy with the quality—it doesn’t feel like it’s living up to what I’m capable of. The current schedule has been a bit too demanding—not because I can’t write that much, but because it doesn’t leave enough time for my ideas to fully develop. I want to explore topics that are personal to me, rather than sticking to monthly themes or just skimming the surface.
So, I’ve decided to cut back and send out newsletters once a week on Thursdays. I might tweak this again later, but I want to test this schedule and see if it helps me improve my writing.
I really appreciate everyone who has followed me and read my work so far, and I hope you’ll stick with me as I experiment with the newsletter. I still plan on writing about mental health, and I’m hoping this shift will help me be more authentic in my writing.
Thank you for your support and understanding as I make these changes. Your feedback means the world to me, and I’m excited to explore this new approach with all of you. Let’s see where this journey takes us—together. As always, feel free to share your thoughts; I’d love to hear from you.
I'm so glad you're prioritizing your mental well-being—it's something we all need to nurture in our lives. Too often, we push ourselves to the point of exhaustion, which leads to burnout—mentally, physically, and emotionally. When that happens, it becomes so much harder to care for ourselves, let alone others. Thank you for being an example of how we can take better care of our minds and hearts.
Goes to show quality beats quantity here! I’m just reading this post of yours from September and it still feels absolutely relevant. I’ve been rethinking my own approach and find this both relatable and great advice. Thank you!
